Greetings!
With deep sense of pride, I congratulate the officers and members of the ROTARY CLUB OF Mactan RI District 3860, on the occasion of the club’s 24th INDUCTION and HANDOVER CEREMONIES, being led my classmate in the Rotary World, Pres. Maita Manglapus. Much has been done by the outgoing set of officers and predecessors, if only to perpetuate the ideals of the service to community, our nation, and throughout the world. You have reached out the needy, the desolate and the helpless. You fed the hungry, cared the sick, and assisted the poor. You reached out; to lead the way…you touch their hearts.
It is only fitting to salute you all for your relentless efforts in the pursuit of Rotary’s ideals. As your club inducts new members, officers and directors, may all of you renew your commitment to service. I enjoin you to continue what you have started and have always done.
As one of your numerous sister clubs, our own club under my leadership will carry-out the propagation of our common goal in sharing common aim for strengthening our community and our international bonds, sticking to this years theme, “ROTARY SHARES”.
