Joyce Nicdao (right), former resident of Bahay Mapagmahal got a brand new and heavy duty wheelchair. Joyce has a hard time using public transportation. Her will is her way. Everyday she wheels herself from her dorm to the skill training center, rain or shine. Thank you so much to Bob, to Maita.
