A WARM WELCOME ROTARY INTERNATIONAL PAST PRESIDENT BHICHAI RATTAKUL

Rotary International Past President Bhichai Rattakul welcomed by RC Mactan President Maita Manglapus at Mactan International Airport.

The 3 districts in the southern Philippines will be holding a Rotary Foundation Conference. PRIP Rattakul has accepted to grace the occasion as Main and Inspirational Speaker.
